Plataforma Aruba is a non-profit organization that combines contemporary visual art and education to benefit the Aruban community. It was founded in 2019 by art historian and cultural manager Ana Maria Hernández. The organization strives to provide a solid infrastructure for the visual arts in Aruba, helping artists to grow and learn.
Ana Maria Hernández, the founder of Plataforma Aruba, has a deep passion for the arts and a strong desire to contribute to the cultural landscape of the island. With her expertise in art history and cultural management, she recognized the need for a dedicated platform to support the visual arts in Aruba. And so, Plataforma Aruba was born.
